This place gets a lot of hate from drivers and I honestly don’t know why. I delivered here a few times and the process is pretty simple. Park in staging lanes, walk & check in. They might have a door ready for you, if not go back to your truck. You will wait anywhere between 30-55 mins for a door. Back in, put your paperwork in trailer and get you some sleep or relax. I gave them 4 stars cause it usually takes them 4 to 5 hours to unload me. But we have to understand they have to count the product and most ppl do multiple doors when unloading. So just make sure you good on food & water cause it might be a wait, might not depending on your load. Also I never see bathrooms so make sure you go before you get here.
Update: abort abort abort!!! Was prepared to be here for 5 hours cause that’s the longest they ever took to unload me…Everything was on track until I paid my lumper and they left me in this door for an additional 2 hours 🤦🏾♂️ Now I’m late to my next delivery…if you have multi stops make this place your last stop & if you are not contracted threw them avoid...
Read moreWhen you arrive, park to the far right side of the barricades in one of the 4 lanes and walk to the guard building to check in. Take your bills, ID, and phone. I don’t know why they ask you to bring the phone because they don’t ask to see it, but this is what I was instructed to do when I drove up to check in and was denied and instructed to go park and walk up. They’ll text you a welcome text and send you back to the truck to wait for a text with a door. Once you get that, pull up, stop at the guard to get your bills, and go to your assigned door. From there break seal and put it in the bag with your bills, and dock. You’ll get a text to pay your lumper and when your red light turns green, pull up, get your bills from the back of the trailer, and check back out at the guard building. My appointment was at 5. I arrived at 4, was checked and and immediately assigned a door. They don’t start unloading til 5 so I had to wait about 45 min before they started but they were done by 6:30. No overnight parking. Spacious lot...
Read moreI had never heard of Ingles. I mostly drive out west. First time coming here. This was a rescue load for me. The original driver’s truck broke down in Cheyenne WY. I was the only truck in the area after I unloaded in Denver.
1/12/2024 10:00 am appointment. Checked in at 8:30am (guard said you can check in at 3A am) was given a door right away. Bumped dock by 8:45am, it is now 1:45 pm (5 hours) and I’m still being unloaded.
My next load (109 miles away) with a 10am to 3pm pu time, will most certainly be cancelled now. And planner said they don’t work Saturday or Sunday.
Now to be fair I did see a couple of trucks come in after me, dry vans in doors about 62 and 64 (I’m in 65) unload and now they are gone. But they were still here for a while.
I’m just being held longer maybe because
I have a -10 load? I don’t know. But the other reviewer is correct. It’s like they take off 1 pallet every 20 minutes or so.
2pm now as I end this. Red light still and no text...
