First visit today, but it won't be our last. The park is self-serve so there's nothing to say about employees, but all of the other dog owners were friendly, and the dogs were all well behaved. I appreciate the small dog section - our dog is a bit skittish and I think running into larger dogs on her first visit would have been overwhelming. Instead she got to work on recall and build up her dog park social skills, and next time we might venture into the rest of the park.

I have a small dog so it's great that he has a place to play that isn't so overwhelming. The landscaping is always well kept with some areas kept taller for them to roam. There are 2 gates connecting the small dog portion to the rest of the exercise park and sometimes people bring large dogs in. That part I don't like but I remind them of the rules.

Me and my dog go to this dog park all the time. It’s a little small, we usually do at least 2 laps around, but the people are very friendly! And since there’s a pretty regular group you get to know what dogs are there that your dog might want to do some laps with. Even if my dog is feeling antisocial he’ll just sniff around the edge along the fence, it’s big enough that your dog doesn’t have to interact with dogs constantly if he doesn’t want to. The park itself is clean and well maintained, they just did some prescribed burning and the grass coming in looks ridiculously green. If you’re looking for a similar vibe with much more space, Prairie Moraine is one of my favorites, though a little farther from...

My favorite place to take the pups! 🐶🐶 It's great as it's a bit away from the city, and the dogs love roaming around such a big area. Usually just one loop around the park is enough to leave them tired for the rest of the day.

Obviously it's very busy after the workday and during weekends. But if you're able to go during the day or at an odd hour it's possible to have the park mostly to yourself.

Also theres usually water bowls with gallon jugs available near the entrance, which the pups are thankful for...

It’s a nice area for the small dogs, but half the people bring in these gigantic beasts with no respect to the small dogs and the authorities would rather come and give you a fine or some thing for not having a dog tag that actually care about the small dogs. Be careful when you bring your small dogs to the small dog park. There is no control over people bringing in gigantic dogs. One day someone just brought a pit bull in here, and went drank beer in their car and the authorities...
