This lake has a lot to offer. Great places to fish. Two playgrounds. A beach for swimming. However you do have to pay to park. I'm not a fan of that. So I do not take my kid to this lake to swim. There are lots of trails for walking. And a whole bunch of grills.

I did not have a fun time being on this lake. It was extremely cold. However, that’s not why I’m here. My purpose is to inform all of you, my fellow Americans, how your favorite USA watersheds taste. And wow, this one really blew me away. The taste was incredible and the temperature was perfect. Tasted significantly better than the water in my water bottle. Nice quiet little gem of a getaway. This place is surrounded by a lot of beautiful parks and greenery with trails for hiking and biking. It gets very little useage year-round. Limited parking keeps the crowds at a reasonable size even during the busy...
