This park was a huge highlight for my kids. My jealousy was bubbling to the surface, thinking I would have been ecstatic if my parents had brought me here when I was young. The elaborate design and tunnels make it difficult to physically have an eye on your child at all times, but the playground only has one entrance/exit, so they can't wander off without you. They used to have the gates locked so it was easier to see and keep child in play area. The gates are open now. Harder to keep kids in play area but it is still nice to play at. Large play area with few smaller ones. Picnic area. Lots of shade. There wasn't water options this time around with is sad as jt was a hot day. But there are restrooms and cool treats and consessions if you like to buy. By a lake with hiking and canoing.
