I first learned about Foothill Frolic on a farm tour so I thought I would check them out. Allie lead the tour and discussed the transformation of their farm to a regenerative style, grass fed beef farm, working away from traditional farming. This method focuses on improving the land while providing the cattle the most natural means to express their cattleness. I really respected their approach and decided to place an order. My family is VERY pleased with our beef as well as the entire buying process. It is tender, flavorful, and disappearing quickly!
