TUC Technologies is the best IT support service I have ever used. We’ve used them for nearly three years now. From the beginning, they helped us get our network where it needs to be, setting up our main server, firewalls, switches, etc. With multiple locations across many counties, this was not a small task! We were in a position where our IT needs grew very quickly and did not really have an in-house IT staff. This was the perfect solution for us to really get the help we needed without having to hire several additional employees. I feel that we are in very good hands with them monitoring the health of our network and workstations, and ensuring that we are well protected. In addition to the set up and monitoring, they provide as much ongoing help desk support for all of our employees as we need. The support staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and FRIENDLY, and they answer the phone quickly and help right when we need them. They are always very pleasant to talk to, and do not make anyone feel bad about what they might have done to mess something up. They just assess the situation and get it straightened out as quickly as possible.
