Not too bad a spot and probably would look great when the leaves are turning color. Short loop to walk about. You can drive up here on the gravel road (beware of potholes) that can kickup some dust so be prepared if you are behind someone to see that dust cloud. Also seems to be a spot to fly model aircraft or drones although I didn't notice anyone doing so today. There are maybe two or three picnic tables up here and one port-a-potty.

Nice scenic overlook. Drive up or walk but the walk up is over a mile and very exposed on a hot day. Former garbage dump. Forest preserve employees post up on the top of the hill to explain how it was converted into a scenic overlook. Views vary depending on visibility but it’s still worth a visit! Hours vary depending on season so make sure you check.

If you happen to be in the Woodridge/Bolingbrook/Naperville area between May and October you might want to check this out. This place gives you a very nice view of the surroundings area. You can see Chicago from there and Fermi Labs. It is a great place to watch birds and my kids love it on windy days. Be warned that the road up to the top is gravel.

This is the top of the Greene Valley garbage pile closed to garbage collection for many years. They renamed it the Greene Valley Scenic Overlook and added a road to drive up to the top with plenty of free parking. It is open May thru Oct on the weekends only. You can see the downtown Chicago skyscrapers on a clear day. I rode my bike up here and it's over 1 mile from the parking lot to the top with an elevation gain of 190 feet. That's quite a ride. It is very windy at the top. Because of the wind, model RC pilots fly gliders off the side of the hill. You need permits...

Great views over DuPage and Will counties. Good view of Chicago skyline on clear days. Open on weekends during summer months. Good place to fly a kite or radio-controlled glider. Wonderful place to stretch out on the grass, watch the clouds, butterflies, red-winged blackbirds, and meditate - very peaceful place at a pleasant remove from the hubbub of life below. Visit often...
