Muckleshoot Library — Attraction in Bonney Lake

Love this library! If you live nearby it's definitely worth using/visiting. Not hard to get to or find once you know it's there. It's the next available turn right after you pass that large church. You can see the building from the road as you drive by but I can imagine unless you already know it is what it is, people will be missing out on it.

It has plenty of parking given it's location and usage. It's usually fairly empty when I go. Maybe in the summer it might be busier with kids being out of school but compared to the library in the city of auburn with how packed that place is, the muckleshoot library is like a safe haven. I love it.

It has great resources; computers with headsets and the usb ports (available for reservation and 1 and 2 hour limits), printer, scanner, copier, self-checkout, bathrooms (impeccably clean btw and with eco conscious options for flushing), a semi closed off area dedicated to children for their own reading area and a couple computers for small children to play games, a couple vending machines which do take debit/credit which is awesome for those who don't carry cash.

They even have mini pads for small children to play games on you can use while you're there. And activity boxes for kids and teens. As well as meetups for different events and activities that they host at the library.

Also the library has a new system now where you can pay your late fees etc on a keypad just like you would at the store, so much easier!

They have local newspapers, resources like voters packets etc, magazines and of course tons of books.

To sign up for a library card you need ID and a piece of mail proving your address.

I've been there plenty of times used the computers, looked for books, even going again today my son wants to go there he keys bugging me all morning.. So I guess we will be going to library today..
