As always, the best of Native American culture, the people, dancing the food, and something that can put your soul and your mind at one with the earth - The drum songs - Can't really explain in words the power and spiritual and peaceful feeling you get if you just let go, lose yourself to the sound of what I believe is earth music.. For me, that never learned the dance as my mind becomes the sound it is the song that teaches me.. This was my first time to the Powwow and I can say it was Amazing! The individual outfits and the ambience and the People were simply wonderful. My granddaughter and I went and met my friend's. She enjoyed it immensely. She is 6. The individual Artist's all had stunningly beautiful item's. HIGHLY recommend. The feeling of Love. Family. Heritage. Thus was a great place to go see the "Paddle to Muckleshoot" went to check out the vendors, watched the ppl sing their songs/ show dances.
