I actually wasnât going to leave a review, but after I saw a note from the âChief of Operationsâ Chris/Scott or whatever his name is stating he âDidnât want any further hasslesâ I just couldnât resist! 1st of all let me preface this review by stating that customer service training is ABSOLUTELY necessary at your establishment! Starting with this guy named above. My husband & I LOVE the 80âs so when I saw the leg warmers were performing, it aligned perfectly to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary of being happily married. I called & spoke with the guy thatâs obsessed with his title name above, before I purchased the tickets to get what the VIP tickets included. However, when we got to the venue & was told not escorted to go upstairs & basically find our way, we were met by this miserable troll of a waitress who âruns the VIPâ who told us all of the seats were filled and we couldnât sit at the tables. I then said but we purchased the VIP tickets & her response was âOh you have to get here early, the seats fill up.â Then, I asked for a menu to order food, & I was told â No, this menu is only for VIP tickets at the table & we could order hot dogs or pizza.â Sayig that she was nasty & rude is an understatement!! You wouldâve thought we were sworn enemies from High School & I took her homecoming crown. I WAS ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!! I couldâve tossed her!! Thankfully my husband was there to help me keep calm. The best way I can describe her is a weird face, straight hair reddish brown hair with glasses & shaped like Patrick from SpongeBob with an attitude of a grumpy old troll that lives under a bridge! My husband & I made the best out of the night. I enjoyed leg warmers & the locals attending that were inviting. Less than 24hrs later I called & spoke with the âBig guyâ named above & he had the Unmitigated Gall!!! To treat me like Iâm trying to shake him down for money INSTEAD of UNDERSTANDING what a paying customer suffered through at his event!!! I was told âI canât control the behaviors of my staffâ INSTEAD of APOLOGIZING for her ill-mannered behavior. I was told âyou purchased a steak & ate the steak, so now youâre looking for a refund which I wonât due.â I responded by sayingâ actually I didnât eat the steak, thatâs the problemâ he goes on to tell me it was a metaphor. I go on to tell him literally & figuratively speaking I didnât receive what I PAID FOR!! Then he passive aggressively tells me âWell Iâm not going back & forth with you, I can Zelle you $25 or you can drive (drive?!! I donât think the light was on upstairs when he made that statement, cause who said I WAS EVER!! Coming back!) or I can give you a $25 Amazon GCâ. I told him Iâll take the $25 Zelle (keep in mind I purchased VIP 2 tix not 1) he had the NERVE to say âOf course you doâ THEN!! When he sent the Zelle, the note read âIssued refund out of pocket to avoid any future hasslesâ HASSLES!!!! Weeeellllll I got one more step to complete in this matter, soooo Scott/Chris the one who loves the title but not the ACTUAL WORK that comes with the title, you just hold tight...
   Read moreWent to see the Leg Warmer on 4/27. I really enjoyed them, I knew every song they played. I enjoyed hanging out with the other patrons who came for the show. They were friendly and ready to party. The two hostesses at the door were very friendly and the new bartender was friendly as well. My only real issue was with the young lady in charge of VIP. I donât know why she was so rude and unprofessional. She lied to me when I asked about the VIP tables being full. I paid for VIP . I get it people have bad days and all but come on. She treated me like I wronged her in some way. I purchased a drink earlier that night and the new bartender helped me with using Apple Pay. When I came back a little later and got the rude lady, she told me I couldnât use Apple Pay to buy drinks. I told her I used it just about 40 minutes ago, but she continued to tell me I couldnât do it. Really weird! I usually donât even write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one.    Read moreTook 15 min to get someone to take a drink order. Then took 10 more min to get the drinks. Took an hour to get a cheese pizza for my kids. Because it took so long I asked to just get everything to go. This was a hour and twenty minutes after we arrived. Guy making pizzas brought it in a box and threw it on the table in front of me and said âHERE!â Had to wait another 25 min for the second pizza. Had to beg the server to pay the bill. Just moved to Boonsboro and will NOT be back. Tried to call when I left and it went straight to voicemail saying to call back during normal business hours....
