If you visit the Boothbay area of Maine it is well worth the trip out to Ocean Point to experience the beautiful scenery that you will see there. What you see will leave you in awe at how majestic it is, you can see four lighthouses here, three close by and one in the far distance if you know where to look. You can sit on a big rock and listen to the waves of ocean wash in which is mesmerizing. I once years ago saw the northern lights from this point at night which was amazing. There are numerous cottages to rent in this area for a wonderful experience you won't forget for a lifetime.

Beautiful area. Like other people mentioned, the trail is a bit confusing to find, but I eventually saw where it was on my walk back. It’s at the top near the signs and there’s this little strip that runs along the grass part. It does looks like you’re going through people’s backyards at points but it’s much easier to navigate than climbing on the rocks. The area around here is also super nice to drive around. Definitely recommend! There’s also a little rocky beach area as well.

We visited when the tide went out on a specific quest for sea glass and crafty rocks. We spent a LOT of time here just enjoying the 'hunt'. Its a beautiful spot for beach combing and connecting with the coast's magical offerings. Parking on street by the rocks was available and was free. Beautiful spot! Definitely recommended if you spend any time in the Boothbay Harbor.

Beautiful views of the islands and Ram island Light. Great rocks to climb on, so many beautiful vantage points for photos, too. You pass beautiful homes and gardens on the trail, and can pull off to climb over the rocks at any time. Dogs welcome, a really special spot. If you’re visiting Boothbay, this is a must-see walk along the coast. At dusk, there was plenty of parking.

Nice stroll along the ocean shore. Can see some small islands and a lighthouse nearby. Dog friendly path and interesting nook and crannies to explore. We went at the end of the season so no problem for on-street parking and not many people on the trail. I imagine this gets a lot busier during the summer months and probably not the most pleasant for people living right there.

The views are outstanding. Wear boots if it has rained in the previous 24hrs as the trail while short will be very muddy. The trail opens up to a rocky shoreline that at sunrise is fabulous. Watch the tide if you round the far point. As the tide rises you can get somewhat stranded without a clear way to get back to the trail.
