This place used to be Centralink. I have been here in the past and expected the same courtesies. You quickly learn how things can be worse. Here was the main issues . The parking signs that identify where you park are not noticeable. It would help to have them lower to the sections . It was a astronomical amount of people who could not find their cars . That was so odd. Secondly, YOU NEED EVENT STAFF . Someone should have been there to guide folks to entry lines better . People just stop where they see folks waiting . There were multi entry lines but because no one was there to keep the flow movie folks stood in one line longer. No one was there to help guide anyone to seats . NOONE! I asked a couple folks , one had a event shirt and walkie talkie. She had no clue of bathrooms or elevator location. Standing back and looking about every other person I passed was looking for directions on seating . There was no one to ask . NO ONE ! In past someone would be there with flashlights showing folks where to go. I saw none of that for seating 200s. We were on our own . Several folks where in wrong seats all night . It was definitely musical chairs . The ultimate issue BGA you need more staff to help people . You need a elevator person to help regulate for handicap. Lady but not least . It was extremely hot. I get it more bodies make heat . But this was humid stuffy hot. The air was not low enough for inside arena . If you had more staff the night would have went ALOT better. I stay in East Texas. Brookshires has high expectations for customer service . I was disappointed to see the name and have such a...

While I agree that the CenturyLink Center is a good venue. Decent size, without being too big. My problem is with the "lottery". I arrived at the center HOURS early to get tickets to an event. I was the first person to arrive, and a while later other people joined me. We all stood in line patiently. Then approx 60 mins prior to the time tix were to go on sale a lady walks out to tell us they were doing a "lottery" so that it would be fair. Excuse me, fair? Now, why didn't they come outside to tell us that 3 maybe 4 hours prior? We could have left, had breakfast, and returned! I'm the person that took off work, woke up early, and came to their facility instead of using Ticketmaster. Well turns out, that doesn't matter. I went from being first to being 30th. And you can't choose your seat nor section. You HAVE to choose whatever is next best available seats. Were they using Ticketmaster? If your event is a big event, you can get better seats using Ticketmaster and their fee is worth it for better seats. I got out of line and got better seats from Ticketmaster than the people who were in front of me in line. The lottery should only be used for crowds that are too big to manage, or crowds that are hard to control. We were civilized and standing in line like adults, but were treated...

security is the worst here. got kicked out of a Hank Williams jr concert over them not being able to handle seating and tickets properly. (backstory, i was minding my own business listening to music (in my appointed seat, after ASKING STAFF WHERE MY SEAT IS WHILE PRESENTING MY TICKET AND BEING GUIDED TO SAID SEAT) and all of the sudden 5 extra people show up and come in and take up space and one of these people literally start standing in front of me. I'm not with that so i respectfully moved to the asile, while standing directly behind a security guard who has no problem with me, I'm approached by another security guard and she rudely tells me i need to get to my seat or get out, not even trying to hear what i have to say. i try explaining it to her. she tells me to let me see her tickets. so i show them to her and she points at where my seat is and i look at her dead in the eyes and say "there's clearly people there if you want me to go there I'm gonna need you to get them to move over, she said no they're supposed to be there, so what I'm supposed tp have someone sitting in my lap for a concert i spent $120 on floor seats on? absolutely not.

0/10 will never attend...

I’ve been to about 4 events at this arena. It may be the best one in area. Most times it’s a hassle getting to the VIP seats on the ground as there are not many attendants to assist you with your seat location. The seats are barely marked so you have to rely on other people who can potentially be sitting in your seat to tell you the seat number. Most times the floor attendants are very confused if you can find one and don’t carry a flashlight and will oftentimes just point in the general area of your seat. The security barely checks tickets in the front row area, so anyone can just walk up and sit in your seat if you happen to get up to get closer to the stage. I’ve only seen parking lot attendants once, so it can be a nightmare getting out. The drinks are a waste of money as you don’t taste a lick of alcohol in the daiquiris. The sound was only good for 2 out of the 4 shows I’ve been to. For the Isley Brothers concert, they forgot to turn on Ronald Isley’s mic when he first came out. There is definitely room for improvements. One thing I do love is that the shows are cheaper here in comparison to Houston or Dallas.

We went for the ZZ Top Lynyrd Skynyrd Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour and it was great! The parking is great, well lit and easy to access the venue. There were police to direct traffic upon leaving and things went smoothly. Upon entering we were able went through the scanners very quickly and easily and were able to use our Ticketmaster app to scan our tickets just as quickly. We had floor seats and the only draw back is the seats are small and really pushed close together. I noticed for the larger patrons it was too tight and they were on top of each other. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lights and sounds for each band was great and the quality was really good. We felt like we had a great experience for the price that we paid. We paid for the premium level seating on the floor in the front. We would definitely come back to the area for a concert. We always felt safe and did not have any problems. Would recommend.

Great music venue. Security staff outside not too friendly. Like all venues these days, you can't bring any bags in bigger than a dollar bill. Great concession selection. Parking a different matter: easy to get in, hard to get out. Indoor security staff is very good, helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. At a recent concert, my Seats were at the very top of the arena. I have to use a cane because of replaced hip and knee. The security person that was standing there said she could change my seats for me. She took me to a section 2 levels down with a perfect view of the stage and no climbing stairs. Definitely give her a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating.
