Never again will I book another party here nor would I recommend this place to have a party! Don't get me wrong the kids had a great time, but when we get there our tables were not ready! So we first checked in all of our names, whoever is jumping u have 3 computers when u first walk in to fill a waiver out for each individual, it's a real pain let me tell you, that alone took about half an hour or longer, next we go to the counter to get our jump socks and the young lady working was so freaking rude and unfriendly and since out of tables were not ready, they had them big plastic bins sitting on the counter and wanted us to put our coats and shoes in them and they will bring them to our table but right now we needed to go jump cause we were already about 20 or more minutes into our hour we got to jump! So a two hour party, 1st hour you play, 2nd hour go to our table, eat , sing Happy Birthday, cake, gifts party over! Well it didn't seem like we had a lot of time to jump so when our time was up they put us upstairs at our table, we took up one whole side of the upstairs and all the tables and seats on that side. Mind you this is a party for my grandson who just turned 2, and I also have a son the same age, terrible two's so why are we all the way up about 30 steps with toddlers running wild, I couldn't take my eyes off them I was so afraid of one of the boys falling down the steps, let me hurry this is a long review, so they have staff come pass out our own pizza we paid for and brought with us, they didn't have much of a menu at all. Well the kids didn't seem like they got to play for very long so my son added on another hour, so before we do happy Birthday and cake we played for another hour then went back upstairs sang Happy birthday, they passed out my cake we paid for and again brought with us. So they hand my son the bill and I couldn't believe what I was reading 😱😬 😭😭😭😭😭😭 2,000$ for a three hour birthday party that u didn't even provide food for! So when we asked about the bill, she explained the extra hour not even a whole hour either was almost 600 alone. It's a bunch of teenage kids running that place, they are rude as hell, And a huge rip off! They need to be shut down for taking people's money like that not to mention how sore I was the next day. I think we're going to give bowling a try next birthday. Hope that helps, it's okay to take a couple kids to play for an hour or so but not a good idea to have about...

My son is 2.5 and I was unsure how he would do at SkyZone since he is so young, but we had a GREAT time! On the larger trampoline area, it make me worried that bigger kids were jumping all the way across the trampolines and I was worried about a collision, but eventually they pulled a curtain and created a "toddler area" which was wonderful. I had a blast jumping on the trampolines too! His favorite was the foam pit. Most of the other attractions such as the basket all hoops, the swing, and the obstacle courses were a little too advanced for him. It did get pretty packed even for a Monday during the day, so it was a lot of waiting for a turn, but we still spent most of our time jumping. It would be great if there was room for explanation so there could be more lanes at the foam pit so there could be less waiting. Or even an area dedicated to little kids so that the bigger kids don't push them out of the way or jump on top of them. We had a blast though and were exhausted when...

My son had his 5th birthday party here and to me it actually sucked! The only person who was warm and inviting was the lady who checked us in Leslie. She was really nice and very informative but if I had known I was going to have such a rude and Standoffish attitude host I would have never chosen this place. Taylor needs a raise! Thanks, Taylor maybe you can show the host Max how to be more of a people person I did his job for him and served my food all he did was serve the cake. I feel like he needs education on proper cross-contamination with the gloves he was using. Another thing I didn't like was they were making pizzas with no hair nets on disgusting. I felt like the whole time everything was rush rush rush! But whatever that was my last time having a party at skyzone. Also the party room was freezing I asked for the air to be turned down because my grandparents were there and I was ignored! For what I paid for my child party I expected top notch service I didn’t get...

We recently had a birthday party for 15 kids on a Saturday. The check in was super easy - we suggest to the online waiver for faster check ins. Our check in Assistant kevin was fantastic! Illana our party host was super help, friendly and the kids loved her! None of this would of happened if it wasn’t for the manager Marcus setting up the party for our day and time!! Overall this party was a hit! We recommend for all ages (4-17 was our range). Thank you again for a memorable 10th birthday! Oh I forgot to mention the picture!! That was such a special touch!

Our whole family of 6 had a blast. only 4 stars because it definitely needs more tables and places to sit for bigger families like mine. Also because the worker took away the toddlers area for my 1 year old. We understand it was packed and he was the only toddler, but the kids are having fun and didn't notice him so it was hard to keep having to watch out for him while trying not to run into other kids as well. Over all we will go back. Just wish they had a area off to the side where just my toddler was able to jump with kids his size.
