See Spot Run — Attraction in Boulder City

This place the best! A large dog park with sandy ground and lots of natural trees and plantings. Kiosks, picnic tables and water stations are scattered through the maybe 5 acres of dog park. It’s all fenced in with a dog lock. Also there’s a 1 acre open park for ball throwing — absolutely no toys in the main park though. What a nice surprise! I had been camping down at Lake Mead and decided that I would go see the bighorn sheep, and then a dog park so Ziggy could run and play. There are multiple parks here I went to the one that is desert landscape with lots of trees and a covered picnic table.This place is huge! Ziggy loved it. It is like walking in a manicure desert. It was very clean. Did I mention how big it was! I will definitely make this a regular stop if I’m out on this...

This was a great place to let my dog run free and smell every inch of the ground..lol. they have separate sides for small dogs and large dogs and another side for all dogs where we let our dog roam. They also have buckets of clean water for them to drink and the grounds are a natural sature setting with trees, shrubs and open spaces. The bathrooms were amazingly similar or better than most park restrooms...clean and warm. We will be...
