Hobson Grove Park — Attraction in Bowling Green

This was a fantastic home with an amazing restoration. So many original furnishings and beautifully decorated. Our guide was a delightful woman who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the home, family and period pieces. Tours are at the front door at the top of the hour. We were early and enjoyed walking the grounds which are beautifully kept. Restrooms are in the basement level. You must be able to walk done steps both to get in and to get to the second floor. My sister eloped her with her husband about a month ago. The employee that worked here ruined her day. She was extremely rude and told us we couldn’t have a wedding there. Let me be clear, it was a small/short ceremony and it was over in five mins. It is so beautiful here. We came to take some pictures and there are so many props you can use around the Hobson house. Most importantly, it's fall and we're surrounded by the most beautiful trees.
