Snook's Dream Cars — Attraction in Bowling Green

--- 2023/12/21 --- Another great Harvest Hosts stay at Snook's. The collection had a few changes and Murphy (or standard poodle) always enjoys seeing Terry (mechanic and fellow auto nut). One of our favorite HH spots in Ohio.

--- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- Found Snook's via Harvest Hosts and so happy we did. We arrived around 6:30pm on Sunday and we were THRILLED how large and flat their parking lot was.

We identified a good spot to park our rig out of the way for the night. Setup was SO EASY because we were completely level where I stopped. 🤩

Got a good night's sleep and the next morning Murphy the standard poodle and I went inside Snook's to check out the collection.

Amazing automotive collection with a working garage. Terry showed me a couple collection and customer cars he was working on.

Great private collection of cars as well as tons of other vintage automotive memorabilia. Jeff, the owners has done a great job of displaying the cars along with bicycles, juke boxes, toys and the list goes on! We arrived on a day with over 125 vintage midget car owners holding a luncheon. We were able to walk around and meet the owners and see their cars! As for the museum, the cars were in top condition and clean from top to bottom. There was a good selection of cars, ages and styles to grab your attention. A couple caught my eye… 1954 Kiaser was spectacular! The 1957 Chevrolet is a classic along with the 1964 Mustang but the GTO in the corner jumps at you! Great private collection to tour! I had a great time at Snooks Dream garage last week. It’s the little details that set this apart from other museums. Most of the cars had place cards that stated the price of the car new, approximate value of it now, when it joined the collection and weight of the car. Most of the open cars had their side curtains on, something you never see. The cars were restored to a high level and all run during the summer, not static museum pieces.
