Heritage Harbour Park — Attraction in Bradenton

Beautiful place. Great walking trail. I did a photo shoot for maternity. Clean, nice area. 1st time coming here. They offer pavilions, disk golf, small playground (missing a slide due to hurricane, but looks to be under repair) perfect grassy area for picnic. It is by the water/ small lake, wt a deck going out into the water. Lots of bird life. Signs warning of gators, but I didn't see any of them. It is by a ball park. Well maintained. We love this park - though not in the summer! The kids playground recently added some shade sails for parents to sit under, but could still use shade for the kids over the equipment. If it’s hot outside, don’t visit until just before the sun is going down (and remember bug spray!)
