Fossil Ridge Public Library — Attraction in Braidwood

The library has plenty of parking which was nice. Went for the first time on a Saturday, it wasn't crowded, but it was still early in the morning. The staff was pleasant to speak with. The library was easy to navigate. They have the areas labeled so that makes it helpful. So many wonderful books to explore they also have audio books available. The children's area is big. They also have a cute bird that lives at the library in the lounge area. Check out was easy and quick. I found two books to read, hopefully I'll get that done before the 12th. The building was clean and cozy. I'm looking forward to going back to see what other things the library...

Mrs. Sarah is our kids favorite! They love coming in there to see her and pick out books. She goes above and beyond to find books for us. We wanted a book on archery and she kept ordering books for us as she could find them! She is very diligent about informing her patrons about upcoming events and posting reminders for everyone. We have been going to this library for years. When we had our first baby in 2016, we really started going as to get him into reading right away! The last few years we’ve enjoyed going to the kids activities and programs, and all 3 of my kiddos have absolutely loved going as well!
