Branford Supply Ponds — Attraction in Branford

Beautiful place to visit. It's one of the only parks where it's legal to walk your dog off leash. From Route 1 take either Mill Plain Road to Short Rocks Road or Chestnut Street north to the main parking area. There are plenty of places to park along North Chestnut St and Short Rock Road. I absolutely love this place. I've only been here twice and didn't catch anything worth writing home about, but damn is it beautiful. I picked up some trash that was lying around and was very surprised how little of it there was.
