Great place to pick cherries πŸ’. Go early, the parking area fills up fast. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and the parking lot was already a quarter full. By the time we left an hour later, the parking lot was 90% full. If you're vertically challenged like me, bring a tall friend along to pick the cherries on the upper part of the tree or bring a little step stool. The price was $4/pound this year. A bargain compared to the supermarket and best of all the quality is much higher. We collected 14 pounds worth of cherries. Our friends got another 7 pounds.

Maybe we went on a bad day but omg it was so windy and the parking lot was all sand. We happened to park closer to the entrance but I saw so many people covered by the same thrown in their faces while walking to the entrance. Trees are tightly spaced. Good shades so it didn't feel as hot. But good luck getting cherries without a ladder. Cherries were big and sweet though. We got there at 9:40am and it wasn't crowded but there was a huge line of cars to get it by the time we left at 11.

TL;DR business hours posted is a joke, go to other farms or have a back up plan if you MUST visit this farm.

Long story: Their website and social media posted 8am opening time and asked people to check their website before heading out, which I did. By the time of my arrival at 9am, there were a few cars by the entrance waiting to get in, but the flags they put by the entrance shows that it is closed, and nobody could get in. Checked the website again and it still says 8am opening time.

This is apparently one of those businesses rampant in the bay area that has no respect of customers time, opening and closing at random hours just to tease the customers. There are people coming from afar driving hours to get here, but nope, they don't want to open. No signs, no postings on the web, no nothing. Just confused customers at the closed entrance.

Visit this farm if you must, but there are plenty of options within 10 minutes drive in the area that observe their business hours. If you really really wanna visit this farm, come with a back up plan, like a movie and stuff nearby, because there is a good chance that they are not open as scheduled.

You've...
