Ravenswood Mansion — Attraction in Brentwood

Ravenswood Mansion was an absolute dream for our wedding! We wanted a venue that was close enough to Nashville for peace of mind, and Ravenswood was perfect. We knew that choosing a location farther out could make transportation tricky, especially with Ubers, and we didn’t want any of our guests to feel pressured to drive. There were plenty of hotels nearby for our out-of-town guests, many of whom stayed in Cool Springs or Maryland Farms, so the location worked out perfectly for everyone. Beyond the practicality, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. We loved having photos with both the mansion and the grounds in the background—it felt timeless and romantic. The spaces inside were ideal for getting ready, especially the bridal suite! I had a fairly large bridal party, and there was plenty of room (and outlets!) for everyone to get ready comfortably together. Another huge plus was all of the included rentals. We were able to use Ravenswood’s chairs, tables, and their beautiful wooden cross, which saved us both time and money. We supplemented with a few additional rentals, but having so much provided on-site was incredibly convenient. The staff was also wonderful to work with. Kesha was so responsive, kind, and offered great insight throughout the process. Leading up to the wedding, I was a little nervous about the possibility of rain (thankfully, it didn’t!), since that would have meant renting an additional tent for the ceremony. But everything came together perfectly—we couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or seamless day...

We got married in March 2021 at Ravenswood Mansion and we fell in love with this venue from our first visit! We feel so lucky to have found this beautiful, historic location for our special day, and couldn’t have asked for better experience all the way through. In having the venue all day, we were able to get ready in the expansive suites available, which were also the perfect backdrop for so many pictures. We held our micro wedding on the front porch with an indoor reception, so we also had no worries about weather. The grounds are gorgeous, the staff is professional and attentive, and the value of this venue, especially compared to others in the area, is outstanding! Abby was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process, and made everything easy to navigate. We even found our fantastic wedding coordinator through their vendor list, but loved also being able to use outside vendors as well. We love that we can easily go back and revisit our beautiful wedding venue for years to come! I would recommend this charming venue for any wedding or event in the Brentwood area - there are so many ways to make your wedding...

This was the PERFECT place for my husband and I to get married. Initially, we were supposed to get married on the front lawn in 2020, but COVID pushed those plans back a year. We still got married (on the rooftop of our apartment), and just had our reception a year later (at Ravenswood). Abby Cox and Brandy Lester have been fantastic in helping us reschedule with no extra costs due to the pandemic, and have been super helpful in answering all of our questions and scheduling walk-throughs. They were great with keeping us up-to-date with everything we needed to know, as well as keeping us on top of filling out the proper paperwork that is needed prior to the event day. The house is such a beautiful place, and fit in perfectly with our vintage travel theme. A huge bonus for us was the amount of rental items that are included in the contract! We did not have to go to external sources to rent chairs, tables, and a bar for our event. They have plenty of bathrooms and a huge kitchen for catering staff - highly recommend this as a wedding venue
