The Indian manager woman is so disrespectful to her employees !! She takes out her frustrations on them right infront of the customers, I was absolutely appalled at how loud she was and how she didn’t seem to care, like she does this all day to those poor girls. Also, one of the employees didn’t know what a crochet hook was ??? I even showed her a picture of one because she didn’t seem to understand English and she STILL didn’t know what I was talking about ! Babe you work in a HAIR STORE … and she had the worst attitude . All in all, I didn’t like the layout of the store, and they didn’t have what I wanted. Q beautyland in Vineland is better. Also, a message to the owner or manager, LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES!! The woman at the counter the owner/ Indian woman very lazy and rude. The older black woman was so helpful polite. She was having problems finding products in the back and the lady screaming from the front of the store telling her to look other places. I been there 30 minutes waiting patiently while the nice older woman was looking for my hair I wanted to purchase. So I went upfront and told her that her employee can not locate anything.
