The kids had a great time but there is a lot of room for additions and improvements which is a good thing⦠I was a little unhappy with two thingsā¦
All of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty and we got there an hour after they opened.
They need to adopt wristbands for kids and parents so if they get separated no one can walk off with them like Chuck E Cheese had⦠You could also use a black light stamp.
Update - Sep. 24, 2023
Since our first visit this place has gone completely downhill and has not improved it has gotten worse. The place is a literal lawsuit waiting to happen.
We arrived at the opening time and the games and pits were filthy⦠It was obvious nothing was cleaned or sanitized the night prior⦠A serious health hazard.
Some of the aluminum seats to sit in were broken and had the potential the injure a person.
Most of the games were not working properly and the machine to load money or your card was also not working.
The staff member at the top of the slide who is supposed to be monitoring the toddlers coming up and going down had his face BURIED in his phone.
The two girls at the front desk were SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and instead of helping customers with their issue or concerns one of them was talking about her personal issues that should not have been talked about in front of customers and their kids.
I probably wonāt be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is finally open!! I've brought my son a couple times already. The price is affordable. There were a ton of (young) employee's. This was when they first opened so maybe things have changed.. but the only downside was the toddler area. I like the idea of all the blocks and activities for them to play with but it was a MESS!!! I thought maybe it was from a child that day who tornadoed through there but it looked messy the next time I went too. You couldn't see the floor and there was trash and debris on the floor (empty chip bags and soda bottles). For the amount of employee's just hanging around you'd think one of them would try cleaning the toddler area up. I felt bad my son couldn't play in there. One of the play cars was missing a steering wheel.. did it already break in the first week? But other than that.. and the one mouse I saw a manager catch and kill... the place is great for the location and price and we will definitely be going back. *The photo I added is the 2nd time we went. The toddler area did look cleaner this time, you could see the floor whereas the first time you couldn't. But this day is when I saw the trash in there. Maybe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy grandkids had fun more importantly this place is a NO SAFE ZONE all monitors are young teens talking on their phone (earbud) or one another. Friday 8/9th 8:15 pm I asked 2 monitors to go see why they yelling come to find out bunch of kids were fighting. I went to front desk ask another 2 teenager for owner/manager shock to hear they only here in morning. Explained what happened meanwhile, few teens whom were fighting came to desk talking about the fight so I listened. An 9 yr old eye was scuffed (red & bruised) 15 yr old said normally he bring his knife & what he would've done. Desk staff informed me she complained to owner & asked to hire security & nothing gets done. Those kids come all the time w/o adult supervision & she has kicked them out before. Left my # someone contact me no msg lefted. I called back several times no one answer unable to leave msg which lead me to write this review. Also jumping area had candy wrappers around & strong urine smell in bathroom. This have me wondering if or how often they search/clean out the foam play area for any sharp or dangerous items. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO FUNZ...
