This outlook is a big pay out for a fairly easy hike. The Cedar Bluff Trail is designed to begin at the trailhead and when you get to the "Y" go left, then stay to the right (otherwise you will end up on a much lengthier trail without this wonderful lookout to enjoy), after you turn right you'll go some distance and end up here, when you get there you'll know it. At this point you are about halfway done with the trail but the rest is downhill, well worth it! Also check out the Eagle Scout project at the top, a sturdy and well placed bench.
