River Park — Attraction in Brooklyn Park

Always Love going to River Park which is located next to the Mississippi River.

There are a few large Playgrounds for the kids to play on and long Walking Paths next to the River and through the Park.

There is also a large Picnic Shelter with many tables and also a smaller Shelter on the other end of the Park. You can also reserve these shelters through the City of Brooklyn Park!

There are Tennis Courts and some Ball playing areas and some Kayaks that you can rent to take out on The River!! And a boat launch area also.

There are also enclosed Bathrooms and Drinking Fountains!

There is a Nature Walking Path here also that takes you amongst many Wildflowers growing along the way.

A very nice place to spend your day with Friends and Family or for your own...

Great place to walk can walk along the river with my grandkids without too much of a worry of them falling in part of the trail needs to be cleaned up again but it's caused by the river overflowing it's not a great place to put a boat in unless it's a small boat the boat ramp drops off real radical at the end so I don't think I could pull my big boat out but I can with my little boat and it is...

There is a beautiful waking trail here that runs right along the river and another that goes through a small preservation area. This is a lovely place to spend a beautiful afternoon.
