Not sure why it has any negative reviews because the place is pretty rad and unique. The drainage ditch type bowl thingy is awesome as hell and loads of fun even if you're in a lazy mood. The ramps aren't bad but that drainage thing is like something you'd find at a DIY spot built into some old aqueduct in California. People say it's in a bad part of town because the neighborhood is run down unfortunately but no one bothers you at all and the times we were there young families and kids were everywhere yet very well mannered. But when you go in there's a guy hiding behind the building trying to extort you into signing a waiver and claiming you have to wear a helmet. This park is in disrepair in poorly maintained.
