Dream Nails — Local services in Brooklyn Park

I took my daughter(5) in here today (September 3, 2020). She got her nails and toes painted ($20). I got a fill (gel) and a gel pedicure which was said to be $40. They offered “Eyeylashes”. As the woman is showing me the lengths, I asked for the longer length, but for it to look “natural” and evenly spaced. I informed her that I had in contact lenses. She said ok. During the process, my eye wouldn’t open. It was glued to my lower lashes. She pulled them apart and unbeknownst to me, ripped out half of my lower lashes. She sat me up and my daughter looked at me and innocently said..”Oh my gosh Mommy!”. I looked in the mirror and had to stop myself from crying! I told her that I asked for a natural looking set and this was far from natural! She just looked at me. So I asked her to fix them.. make them natural looking. She said “Ohhh Noo”. As I’m driving home, my eyes started burning and my vision became blurred. My 5yr old is in the car with me, we’re driving and I can’t see! I pulled over and my eyes started watering, which reactivated the glue and my eyes stuck together. I tried not to panic.. not using my hands, I just opened my eyes. My lower eyelashes now had glue on them, the top lashes stuck to them and when I opened my eyes, the lashes were now stuck to the bottom lashes! I want my money back! That was dangerous and...

Love how they do nails as I request them however this past Monday was my first time trying them out to get my lashes done let’s just say today Thursday 12:44 am and not one lash is on my eye, she asked I wanted them natural looking I replied yes and told her the length when I got up I was very disappointed and looked as if I had caterpillars on my damn lids 😩30 gone down the drain I was tempted to put them in a zip lock and slap them on the counter and request my money back but lesson learned I’ll let them do my nails and that...

Amazing experience today. It was my first time at the salon and I am so impressed. I got a full set with French and a design on one finger of each hand. The tech did an awesome job with my full set. I love the way they look. Then another tech came over and did my flower design for me and it’s so cute. I’m so happy. My pedicure was amazing and honestly it’s the gentlest pedicure I’ve ever had. I have issues with my feet and this woman made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Kudos and I will be back in a few weeks...
