Sawmill Park is a small park on the Harding Highway. The park is immaculate. Well kept. You feel very safe here. The parking area is limited but there is plenty of street parking. They have a tree, this mighty tree was carved by a chain saw artist, and is simply beautiful. The intricacies of his designs is breathtaking. There is a 911 Memorial with a piece of steel from the Twin towers. The caboose is an added feature that is cute, a fully restored...

On our way to Atlantic City, we would pass a Sawmill Park. We always noticed the tree had been cleared of bark and there was carvings on it. It was our plan to stop to see the tree up close. The carvings are so intricate. There is a sign in the park to tell you the history of the tree and the park. See...

Wonderful, well-kept and quiet park. Beautiful village of Richland. A favorite place of ours to walk our dogs. Definitely worth the trip from anywhere. Be sure to stop in at the Richland General Store. The owner is...
