Tom was amazing.I called on a Saturday and he said come right over and he was so nice and explained everything.I wasn't sure what frame or matting to choose and he was informative and helped me pick. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed at all. He said he would finish it this week. He called me 2 days later and it was finished already.
