Im very dissatisfied with the experience. I called in to get a hair extension consultation. (I currently get my extensions in a different salon, and wanted to get a second opinion) I made an apt. When I arrived the ladies could not find me in their system. after going back and forth one of the ladies (Anne) decided to see me and go over my "needs and wants". After hearing me out and checking my hair she said that she personally does not do extensions and will speak with another stylist who does to give me pricing and feedback. (what was the reason of her seeing me if she doesn't do extensions? I'm still not sure). She took my number and kept in touch. Through text, she was asking me so many details about what extensions I want to go with(SPECIFICALLY THICNESS OF HAIR). (I'm not a pro, I don't know the answer to those questions, all I know is what length I want and what method of extensions I want. the rest should be determent by the stylist to match my natural hair and make it look seamless). through those text I already sensed the red light. Anne, said she will go over the details with he stylist who actually does extensions (AGAIN) and will get back to me. I have NEVER HEARD BACK...

I went into the salon with no idea what I wanted other than I wanted to give my hair a break from bleach and I wanted some purple I it. Justina was amazing from start to finish. She showed me a few options of the various purple shades and explained that it would be a very drastic change, but it would work really well over my blonde. I told her to go for it and use her creativity as far as colors go. She was so detailed and took the time to blend each and every section. From the moment she started cutting my hair I knew I was going to love it! My hair turned out amazing! It is fun, vibrant, and classy all at the same time! Before I left Justina went over a few tips to make my color last longer and gave me some styling tips to really show off the dimensions in my hair. Wonderful, just Wonderful. I know she told me her name, but the lady who washed my hair. Loved it. First time I had the plastic cover over the back of my top to protect my clothing- Thank you. I loved the way she washed my hair then comb it out showing me the brush she used-- helpful! I thought it was a little rude, she offered the plastic covering to another stylist starting to work on her client and the stylist didn't even say anything (not even no thank you) just nicked her off.
