I was not even a wine drinker before being persuaded by my wife to check this place out. The wines there are really good and made a convert out of the most staunch craft beer drinker. The environment is great and people working there even better. You walk up and get a glass of wine or bottle which is a better deal. If it is a cold wine, they give you a chilled bottle and a couple glasses. You sit outside either under a huge oak tree or amongst the vines. Initially, I was leaning towards the Chardonnay, but instead of handing is a bottle, he suggested we try it. Turns out it was not to my palette. So Sean then let us try a few other wines before I landed on the Horse Creek Winery Jockey. He shared with me that other wineries use their grapes and vice versa. Read moreSo my wife and myself had an opportunity to go to cloudland vineyards for the very first time we have been to quite a few vineyards and wineries but this one tops the list. We had an opportunity to meet the owner, a gentleman by the name of Sean and we also met the young lady who was part owner. The wines were absolutely excellent and the hospitality and professionalism bar none. This is a must try vineyard The ambience was very serene and very peaceful. Family-owned business a must try.
