Safe Harbor Aqualand Fuel Dock — Attraction in Buford

Docks are built negligently with inferior materials causing damage to boats.  Many boats were damaged in a storm where cleats sheared off.  For example, 12" cleats provided by the marina on 60 foot slips are secured with cheap carriage bolts; whereas, they should be secured with GRADE 8 bolts to comply with marine standards.  Parking lots have many trip-and-fall hazards.
