Only giving it 1 star because zero isn't an option. I recent bought a semi costly zip from this place and here's my overall review as a first timer coming here... My ounce came broken down and pre-packaged in 8ths. I really didn't understand why they'd do that, but I did ask if since they sold everything as 8ths, could I mix and match as long as I kept it in the same price range. They said no. Blew my mind. If you're NOT going to cater to your customers like THAT, giving multiple options on the zipper, why break everything down so small?? Seemed sketchy but I let it go. There were maybe 3 strands that stood out to me, but they did look loud and potent. The bud tenders kept intentionality steering me towards this Banana Cello that really did look and smell amazing. I can't remember the other 2 stands I was interested in, but they were convincing, so I ended up leaving with the Banana Cello. I was very pleased with the quality of the smoke. The almost perfect hybrid for me. Unfortunately, I now understand why they pushed so adamantly for me to purchase that one. The first nice sized nug I broke down (which was also the first nug I got out) was Chuck full of seeds!! I'm talking like a 2 gram nug that shed about 15 to 20 tiny seeds. I was extremely disappointed, especially as a first time shower. But now I understand why there was such a strong push to move that strand. Which, as a customer, it makes me feel very much like I was manipulated and taken advantage of. I'm not to sure I'll ever be going back. First impressions are EVERYTHING, and word of mouth can literally make or break a business. Hopefully they find a way to secure better quality flower and take wayyy better care of their customers...

Absolutely irritated! 🤬 My husband and I have been coming to Dort highway Dispo. for over a year now. Consistently, almost everyday. I have major anxiety issues and it is extremely hard for me to go out and do things so I send my husband there all the time. For the first time last week I came in in over a year and stood around waiting for someone to ask me to help me because I had no idea what I was doing and was already nervous, literally feeling like I'm crawling out of my skin.. it wasn't busy, quite empty actually and no one came to help me, I rushed out of there and not sure I got what I came there for 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄. Not only was my purchasing experience that day a nightmare, but for the last two weeks I have gotten crude boys cartridges and they are continually leaking out the bottom. This morning I wake up and my newest cartridge is completely leaked out and my pen is stuck to my table. I have two different batteries days apart that have been destroyed by crude boys cartridges 😱😒🙄. You cannot remove the cartridge, if you do the top of the battery comes off and the battery is ruined that is how much has leaked down into the battery and around the outside and it is continually happening for the past 2 weeks. Good products but after what I experienced last week I will NOT be returning. I wrote Dort Highway Dispo on there webpage under the contact us section.. thought I would have received a response from a manager or someone but the regular employees must be the one to read the contact us. I'm an older gentleman that was in a house fire almost 20 years ago and I have some very visible burns that I'm self conscious about. I go into Dort Highway Dispo and I'm looking around and I hear this blonde headed girl and brown headed girl laughing so hard so I was trying to see what was so funny and apparently them not wanting to help me because of my "disgusting skin" that's what the blonde headed girl said to the other girl with the braid was what was funny because they were gonna pass me along to this other girl that was wearing a hat. They laughed and laughed because they passed me on and they wouldn't have to be the ones helping me that the other girl was. It made me that more self conscious about my burns. Also if you want to see employees of a dispensary always wearing sweat pants like they jumped out of bed and came straight to work this is the spot you want to go to you'll see all the people on the floor in sweat pants.
