Love love loved this experience! I went with my husband and sister-in-law and it was our first time doing something like this so I was a little nervous going in. However, I was met with such a warm, accepting vibe as soon as I entered that all my reservations melted away. All instructions and requirements were very very clear and provided in several different ways on several different occasions from the time of booking to the time that we walked in. Of course because I made my reservation after a 12 hour shift at work, I ended up signing with my maiden name on the waiver (I haven't been married too long so I forget sometimes lol). But this was not at all a problem and the staff helped me sign a new waiver with my correct name! They were very kind about my mistake. The safety portion was also very clearly explained. We loved that she gave us the freedom to wear as much or as little safety gear as we wanted. The only thing I would add to the safety talk is maybe just the suggestion that people without sleeves may want to consider a jacket to protect them from flying glass. We definitely should have thought of that ahead of time, but as it was our first time, we didn't even think about how that could happen. But you live and you learn! We will definitely wear tops with sleeves next time at least! Now the actual experience! 10/10 so much fun!! There was a little hiccup with our room. Because I made the reservation when I was half-asleep, I couldn't remember what package I bought so when I walked in the room and she told us we had an hour, I just assumed that was maybe what I had booked lol. However, there had been a mixup and they had prepped our room with more items than I had paid for. They realized a few minutes in and then had us step out while they removed a few of the items. However, due to the hiccup, they left a few extra items in there for us as an apology which was much more that I had expected! We had already broken a few of the items that we were not supposed to have in our room, so I was actually prepared to pay for those extra I items. I felt like I should have known what we were supposed to have and said something when it was not right. But they treated us with so much kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Personally, I'm not someone who has ever had the urge to break something when I am angry and I actually am often stressed out by the idea of breaking things. I grew up thinking that I needed to stay quiet and keep my big bad emotions to myself. However, the staff made me feel like I owed it to myself to let my emotions out here. Or at least try. I felt like they were giving me permission to do whatever I needed to do to feel better. I spent about 6ish minutes in the break room personally. I broke some stuff but realized that this was not an outlet that would work for me. My husband and sister-in-law LOVED it. They will not stop talking about how much fun they had and how much better they felt afterwards. I think knowing what you don't like is just as important as knowing what you do. I learned so much about myself in the 6 min I was in there. Afterwards, my husband used the bathroom and told me about all the important, inclusive products that were available for people who needed them, free of charge. This just further made me feel like I was in a safe and accepting place. We bought some funny stickers to give to our friends but I really wanted to buy everything in that place lol! So many cute and inclusive things to buy! TLDR: WE WILL BE BACK!!! ❤️🏳️‍🌈

I recently brought my 15-year-old son in and I can't express enough how incredible the experience was, primarily due to the amazing staff. From the moment we walked in, we felt embraced by a supportive and welcoming environment that truly celebrates diversity in all forms—gender, race, sexuality, and personal expression. Dawn, the owner, was particularly outstanding. She took the time to help my son prepare for his session, explaining everything he could expect and ensuring he understood the rules clearly. Her attention to detail was impressive; she even let us choose all the protective gear he would wear—ear plugs, face mask, gloves, jumpsuit, and booties—making sure he was fully equipped for his experience. The atmosphere was upbeat and energetic, with music playing to enhance the vibe as my son engaged in the activities. It was evident that this was a safe space where everyone could express themselves freely. The staff's professionalism and kindness were apparent throughout our visit. Although we had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the team handled it seamlessly without any hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this rage room for anyone looking for a fun and liberating experience. We can't wait to return! Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

So beneficial and energizing! If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and in situations you can’t control, do this! Writing frustrations and pain on bottles helps so much. It was great using the different tools to break the bottles. It helps you to reclaim your power. After your session, you will feel more powerful and relaxed. Everyone felt better after. We ordered the digital video which I recommend. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and recognize the significance of what they are helping you with. Also, you can mention if there’s a reason, in particular, you are going they will try to accommodate it. We were celebrating high school graduations and a birthday. They gave us two pieces to break that said “congrats graduates” and “happy birthday “. The price is reasonable and they offer discounts and you can bring in 10 extra bottles for free as long as they are clean. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back and recommend it to people who can benefit from it (basically anyone who is living).

(Note: This review is updated to document the owner's ongoing unprofessional behavior. It has been revised for clarity while preserving all facts. The timeline starts with the most recent events.) UPDATE 2 (September 18, 2025): The Pattern of Behavior Confirmed

The owner’s condescending and dishonest replies to this review validate the concerns detailed below. Her refusal to accept responsibility for her staff’s conduct or her own misrepresentations is telling. Instead of acting professionally, she publicly attacks customers. This confirms the manipulative behavior I am warning others about. We stand by our original account. UPDATE 1: The Owner's Response & The Facts

The owner, Dawn, replied with a version of events that is demonstrably false.

The False Claims & Website Contradiction: In her public reply, the owner claims the late fee is a "flat $25 per group." I later checked their website and saw this same $25 fee posted publicly. This makes the reality of our experience even more disturbing, because this is NOT what we were told in person. Your staff unequivocally demanded $35 per person from our group to continue. This discrepancy proves we were either told incorrect information by poorly trained staff, or we were intentionally lied to in an attempt to extort more money from our group.

The Video Footage: The owner has mentioned having the interaction on video. That recording would only confirm our version of events. It would show her condescending and unprofessional tone, and crucially, it would verify that the fee she demanded was $35 per person—a fee that directly contradicts her own website.

The Pattern of Behavior: I encourage potential customers to do their own research: sort the reviews for this business by "Lowest First." You will quickly discover a clear and documented pattern. We are not the only ones who have been treated unprofessionally, disrespected, and accused of dishonesty by this owner.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Unprofessional and Disrespectful - Avoid This Place

Our experience here was single-handedly the worst customer service interaction I've ever had. What should have been a fun outing turned into a frustrating and insulting ordeal. From the moment we walked in, the staff was condescending and unwelcoming. After a small miscommunication, instead of handling it professionally, a staff member actually said, "I'm not going to be the only one being nice." We were shocked by the outright hostility. The situation escalated when they penalized us for being 3 minutes late, demanding the $35 per person fee we were quoted in person. When we rightfully refused to pay an amount that was far more than their official website policy, we decided to leave. Instead of a refund, they charged our card for the full $70 session fee, falsely marking us as a "no call/no show" even though we were standing right there. This isn't just bad business; it's predatory. Charging a customer based on a falsely inflated fee and then keeping the money for a service you failed to provide is outrageous. Go somewhere that operates...

Went with a group of friends over the weekend. We arrived 15 min early for our experience. We were met with aggressive attitudes from, who I believe to be the owner, as soon as we walked in the door, unclear why? I guess she didn’t like the look of us or something. We brought extra glass as we were permitted and two tvs which we were told needed to be inspected, we complied and returned one to the car as it didn’t pass. All done without a complaint from us, as it was a non issue. We were met with the most aggression regarding our footwear. Three of the 5 of us were wearing combat boot style shoes, which was not clearly explained in their online terms as it just says no heels. My boots had have a slight incline of less than 1/4 inch. Still l, ok sorry we didn’t realize combat boots were heels, we will rent your shoes. While trying to figure it out that I was quickly cut off and told well I guess you aren’t participating. I suggested I could wear a different size and was aggressively told no. We worked out the shoes among ourselves. This made us feel generally uncomfortable with how we were being treated and spoken too, which really damped the experience. Reading past reviews, I expect to this to be met with an equally aggressive attitude. Hopefully they can take the notes to be a little more clear on expected footwear and help customer, who are likely going through a tough time, feel a little more welcome.

Edit. After lack of empathy from the owner in their response, It’s clear customer concerns are not important to this business. While I admitted my fault in the misunderstanding regarding shoe choices, it is uncalled to attack customer for sharing experiences that did not make them comfortable. Thank you for sharing your opinions in regards to how you made me feel. I stand by my review and will not refer anyone to your location due to our treatment and unprofessional reply to...
