The reason I didn't give a 5-star review is that handicapped accessibility is lacking. I was with my 80-year-old aunt who uses a rolling chair/walker. Considering the hills it seems as though they could have made the ramps with a bit more grade at the theater. T Plus, it was a small constricted turn up into it. The ladies in the theater were very pleasant and provided our concessions with smiles. There also weren't any bars/hand rails located throughout that could have helped when she did feel well enough to walk. One of the employees did state that if she needed anyone to just flag them down, he was very nice and did give her a ride over the bridge, but it started raining and there was no one to be found when we needed them for the ride back. Seems that they should have done a ride-through to make sure everyone was out of the weather. ALSO, IF YOU ZIPLINE, they give you a GoPro to attach to your wrist for photos. They did state that you have a 30-second video and 24 snapshots. Well, when I asked, the guy explained it in a way that the 24 snapshots of you were along the line going down (like most places) well, NO, the photos consist of what you take on your go-pro. Meaning, if you are just enjoying the coasting you will not have any photos. Then, in order to view the photos you have to purchase first. Can't see until you buy, which is when you learn you have pictures of the sky for the most part. The guy at the photo area was of absolutely NO HELP and acted as though I was bothering him on a break or something. Just RUDE! We were there at 3:30 9/17. Overall, the time there was spectacular and the Zipline and Gondola was an amazing experience. Just consider it thoroughly if traveling with anyone who is disabled. Especially considering there are no discounts and full price is required. Be prepared to PUSH your loved ones up some...

Read moreThe place was pretty and the gondola ride was great! But for the ticket price (around $40 if you purchase in person and $35 if you purchase online) was just really steep for what you get. Maybe if you have small kids the extra attractions attached with the ticket is nice but if not I would skip.
We came for the zip line and that was a truly bad experience. There were people waiting 40 minutes not knowing where the workers went. Unknown to us there were two workers hanging out at the top of the zip line structure. Not letting anyone know anything as people baked in the sun. Only when one of the workers came back after about 20 mins carrying the zip line harnesses did we finally find out what was taking so long. They have about 20 zip line harnesses after they go through them all they completely halt the attraction to have one of the workers drive across the bridge to collect them. I get that you need to collect them but the issue is they don’t let anyone in line know! No update nothing people thought she just left to take a break. I’m not sure why they don’t start collecting them before they all run out so there isn’t a 20-30 minute stand still. But when I saw the workers just hanging out while people were waiting, I let them know that I thought it was rude to just keep people waiting and that they should communicate if there is a halt in the process. They just looked at me and said nothing, I don’t fault them maybe a higher up told them to just hang out, but it was a little crazy that they just stood there. Either way they should really train their zip line employees better, and come up with a more effective way of collecting...
