Did the Canyon Rim Trail on July 4. What a great way to spend the morning! Get in early as parking is a little limited at the trailhead. EASY walk as it mostly goes along the top of the ridge. You don't have a view of the canyon the whole way, but there are definitely some stunning portions. We only saw 4 other hikers on the 1:45 loop. We do most of our hiking further up north in Colorado (Denver natives) so seeing the contrast in climate and flora down here was great. The vibe felt more desert, AZ than what we're used to. Beautiful place! Had a good lunch afterwards at the brewery...

Why pay $30 per person to walk across the bridge? Park at the trailhead and hike/walk to the beautiful views afforded by the trail. Don’t want to walk? Then drive to the view (clearly marked) and take a short walk to the view. The trail itself is beautiful and there are two toilets both at the trailhead and in the picnic areas on the way to the view. There are also multiple picnic sites on the road to the view and at the trailhead. If you love nature, this is the better option. Also, no camping is allowed at...

Great hike, we loved this option to see the area as opposed to the absurdly priced bridge attraction. One note - there is a TON of cactus in the area, ideally you'll want booties for your doggos or at a minimum keep them on a very close leash and on the trail at all times. It also will get super hot this time of year so plan to hike...

Mountain Biking Review Definitely a blue black diamond trails in parts. Summer season it’s full of tourists who are enjoying the path as well. So just be mindful you won’t be able to send as much as you would like because you have to watch for people more. It was a good trail over all. Good elevation gains and a good ride.
