Guyomar Wine Cellars — Attraction in California

This was a very personal and unique wine tasting experience provided by the owner in his private estate home. The wines were outstanding, they were very delicately balanced between fruit, acidity and tannins. The owner was hospitable and presented his guests with a large charcuterie board. The charcuterie board had a quail eggs with small pickled pepper on top of the of the egg, an assortment of cheeses, prosciutto, chorizo sausage, and so many other delicious nuts and olives to enhance the wine. I forgot to mention that the bread and the Parmesan cheese and homemade olive oil was incredible.The owner explained how the wine was cultivated and it was his life’s passion.
