There are no signs in the parking lot and finding trails is difficult. It seems like a cool place but there’s no cell service so you’re kind of left on your own if you don’t bring a map and thoroughly research it beforehand. The place seems like it would be great for events but when on a late November afternoon it felt straight out of a horror movie. People walking angry dogs, the few people you interact with have something strange about them, and the buildings/structures look super creepy. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back except it’s just not that remarkable. Not a bad place, but I think there are better hikes in the area

Saw a live performance at the small wooden stage with eucalyptus canopy the birds were as happy as the humans. BYO chairs and food. Free parking was a 5 minute walk across the bridge by the creek.

Great old park in the mountains. Was an old ranch house. There is a rustic stone theatre in the center. Tiny Porch Concerts did their shows there

Nice little park with a shady path lined with Sycamores, Eucalyptus and Oaks. Plenty of free parking. Nice features like large grass lawn in front of the ranch house, very clean restrooms, picnic tables under the trees, hiking trails where dogs are allowed make this park particularly attractive for families with kids and pets. Popular with plein air artists, photographers and nature enthusiasts this park is a great setting for your photo shoot or an...

Though a nice hike that day wasn't. My poor pup got not only sunburnt on top but his feet as well. After him going into the algae water I had to carry him back. Love him so much but on a 100+degree...
