This is one of the most unique preserves along the central coast line. It's 400 + Acres of beautiful Wildlife and Greenery. My favorite is the bluff Trail which is along the coast in cambria beginning trailhead on windsor. There are various other trails that lead in and out of The Meadows through some forrests. But I like the one closest to the ocean, it gives you the best views with fabulous benches to sit and rest on. You truly get to experience the Best of the West Coast when you walk this Trail. Don't forget to pack snacks & some water. It is a very easy hike to complete and it's well worth it. If you're visiting the Cambria and Central Coast Area you have to visit this Ranch Preserve it is one of the most beautiful...

This is strictly enforced on the bluff Trail along the cliffs and on the Fire Road Trail. However, there are lots of off-leash dogs walking the trails that stretch through the grassland and Monterey Pines. If your dog is off leash in these areas, please be responsible and pick up its waste (bags provided) and make sure it is not jumping on others and is friendly with other dogs. I have noticed a few mountain bikes in the upper Forest Trails now that Highway one has opened. We love seeing so many uses in this preserve. Walkers, dog owners and bikers share the trail and look out for...
