Brewster River Gorge Trailhead — Attraction in Cambridge

Great spot for swimming on a hot summer day. Plenty of parking, couple of picnic table, kid and dog friendly. Just across the covered bridge is the Alden Bryan Brewster River Trail. There is a hidden spot, about 6 minute walk or less than a minute drive down the road. The only marker is the travel information sign. Parking is limited. Chances are, you will see other cars parked there.

Wonderful little hike. Plenty of accesses to the river along the way as you hike. The falls are beautiful, just be careful leaning over to see them. The hike is mostly a gravel/rock road with some in&outs of a trail as you make your way back into the hike. Was a pleasant day and would come back when in the area again. Beautiful, relaxing stop along Highway 108 just west of the main intersection of Jeffersonville. Several picnic tables set up for you to sit back and soak in the sites along the Brewster and the bridge. You won't squeeze your RV into the parking lot here, so don't even try.
