Let’s just start with the radio technician, Jose this man has ABSOLUTELY no idea what he is doing at all he is a scam artist and only would take cash fact the store at as a whole is a scam they charged me $250 to install my head unit and said it was gonna take 1 1/2 hours 3hours later the car was ready I paid him Paid him he showed me the radio was functional i noticed the screen had a slight tilt on one side on the screen I mentioned it to him and he told me he was tired and to bring it back on Monday and today was Saturday first red flag First🚩 but he had already been paid so Reluctantly I left and said ok I was driving and noticed that my steering wheel controls were no longer functional to controller the radio anymore which my head unit has the feature to use steering wheel controls red flag 🚩 number 2 so that was not hooked up properly so I had to push the volume button up on the screen when I pressed it the head unit started fallIng in I pull over turn on the flashlight to see that he taped my head unit into place and that all the wiring was hanging outta the bottom I turned around immediately to head back to store to get a refund when I get there the man tells me the technician left and he not responsible for the technician or the Work at his establishment where he advertises radio installation and said the the technician wasn’t there and immediately begin refusing to refund me the lady and the guy refused to look at the video of there employees works I asked to speak to the boss they finally got the owner on the fun and the boss told me I had to take it up with the worker I refused to leave the technician came in the door screaming and yelling at me and telling me to get the F out and proceeded to throw the money at me and kick me out the store he was very threatening and unprofessional the owner was no help please do...
Read moreI'm a man of honor, so for this reason I want to take this opportunity to apologise for my harsh criticism of Ez plus and the performance of the tech who worked on my car.... I was wrong... It turned out to be a case of miscommunication between the tech and myself. I was unaware that my windows were tinted before I owned the vehicle and some of the old glue was left behind and that was the reason for the bad look of the job. The guy didn't think that I wanted to spend the extra money to remove the old glue that was left behind and based on where the glue was he probably didn't see it until he set the paper, either way he didn't tell me and that's how we got to the point where I was so frustrated.
