We reside in Philadelphia. My husband had some work in the area and we decided to give them a try based upon their reviews and word of mouth. We got 2 turkey sausage Panzarottis. What we received was 1 turkey sausage n 1 pepperoni. Now we do not eat Pork and I am 7 months pregnant so I didn’t wanna chance just eating it. We called waited on hold about 15 minutes and informed them of the mistake. My husband asked for a free Panzarotti for the inconvenience( please keep in mind we had to cross the bridge to fix this incompetence resulting in additional gas and $5 toll) to which they said they “cannot do but can give us a drink”. I felt this was pretty unprofessional they were pretty unapologetic about the entire situation. My replacement was OK. Nothing to write home about Nd service is everything to me. Not sure we will...
Read moreThe Panzerotti Spot is located in Camden ('nuff said). It is take out only (you can phone in your order).
So your asking yourself " What is a Panzarotti? ". Its a unique pocket of dough filled with sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice (i.e. - pizza toppings) and deep fried. The description does not do the product justice. What you end up with is a crispy pocket of cheesy goodness that is in a class by itself. Its not a Strombolli, a turnover or a Hot Pocket. Its a Panzerotti and its good!!!
If you Google it there are other spots where you can get Panzarotti's, but I'm told those places get their product from here.
Saw it on "Food Network". Stopped when I was in the area and was glad I did. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star is its a little off the beaten path. The Panzarotti itself is 5...

Customer service was very nice. The place itself was like a prison, doors extremely heavy to open and the window to pick up food from. I understand the neighborhood though.
Panzarottis are made to order so it was fresh and hot. Crust was fried perfectly, but everything after that was mediocre. All the cheese and beef pepperoni slid to the bottom, so 80% of it was just breading, which had no salt. The last few bites were decent, but nothing memorable.
I’m not sure if it was supposed to be more filled, but it was really disappointing. Maybe the mini ones would’ve...
