Awesome little place for the girls to explore. You can the remains of the old lodge that was built by Vanderbilt way back in the late 1800s. Really cool little place. Good view of the sunset as well. If you climb the stairs to the right of the first parking lot, you will find a wide open eastern lookout and some seats. There's a small open space if grass there as well perfect for a picnic.
