Horrible experience. I went to pick up my online order at the front counter. The cashier at the counter at 4:11 pm - on September 13, 2025 - should be talk to by a manager. She was very unprofessional. She's chewing food on the job, looks like she's wearing her pajama pants. She doesn't greet the customer. When I try to pick up my pre-paid online order, she questions me about whether I even paid for it. Then she proceeds to only give me half my order, neglecting to ever give me a second bag of my order items that I paid for. So, she only knows how to harass customers about whether they paid for a PRE-PAID online order, not give them all their items that they paid for. Then, I had to receive assistance from someone else to find out about getting the rest of my order! This other woman, perhaps a supervisor, was so unfriendly. Although she found out the cashier never gave me a second bag in my order, never scanned a code to mark as 'picked up'. The cashier says 'sorry' to her co-worker, but not to me, the customer! The co-worker just tells her 'that's okay', no one apologizes to me. I'm barely spoken to as if I don't matter. I will never use CVS online pickup again. I will not be coming back to this CVS location...
Read moreAfter 20 years of using CVS for my 10 prescriptions (Creon chargin $1000 for a 3 month supply). I was told last Saturday to return on Wed. for my Creon. I called before I went on Thurs and they still hadn't gotten it renewed. So I went over today when the pharmaceutical clerk told me he's give me some Lisonopril pills to tide me over. The officious 'pharmacist in charge' Jill (as she told me) said that because of my 'giving her attitude ' she wasn't going to give me anything. Obviously she is very childish, since a professional (my grandfather was a pharmacist) would know that blood pressure medicine can be life saving. I take the top dose: 40 mg of Lisonopril. The nice clerk up front gave me the name and phone no of the supervisors, and I called her leaving her a message about this arrogant chiild's rudeness. The more I thought about her public humiliation of me, the angrier I got. I have now transferred all my prescriptions to the Stoughton CVS. (which is really about as far away from my house as the one at Cobb' Corner. You really should train these smart alecks better. (I would fire her, but realize you can learn from your mistakes. I doubt if she...
Read moreWe booked as a family of four, got confirmations for all 4 of us but the lady giving vaccines bluntly rudely refused to give a vaccine to my youngest son because he wasn’t on her gadget and she wouldn’t take walk-ins even if it wasn’t busy. So unprofessionally on her behalf. She just told us how it was and that she would not do it ignoring completely the CVS flu vaccine confirmation we showed couple of times. We showed her the CVS confirmation for his appointment but she bluntly refused. She should stay home if is not in the mood to go an extra mile to fix what CVS system messed up and not the customer. Shame on you CVS for not training your staff to take correct steps to take care of your business. I am going to move all our prescriptions somewhere else. Thank you for refusing a vaccination for a 6 year old child who had an appointment but the employee was too lazy to accommodate. Heard bad stuff about you but never thought is that bad...
