This is a great little farm to go to if you want a nice outing with the family or some really nice pictures in a pumpkin patch the only downfall however is the fact that they don't answer the telephone when you call they don't mention on the website that they haven't had animals there in a while and they don't mention that they're apples that they offer their are not picked by yourself but instead. Over counter and picked by the staff because of covid there we're not many things to do that aside from looking at the small selection of pumpkins that was very hi in price 99 cents per pound. One pumpkin that would have cost 2 for $10 at Stop and Shop for the same size was going to cost $35 so it's not exactly the place you want to go if you want to save money or spend all day there but it is a beautiful place to go and sit outdoors and take pictures and just enjoy the scenery in the atmosphere and their apple cider doughnuts and cider...

I blame google for suggesting this place as a "apple picking near me" suggestion. I didn't call to inquire exactly what they offered (as any diligent consumer should). This review is not of the store or CSA. There are advertisements out front for a maze and, chickens, goats, and to view a large pumpkin- all for $5 per person. The sign made it seem like it was worth the trip but once we paid our money and walked into the area..it was clear that we'd been had. It was literally a backyard!! The chicken and goat areas were fenced off with 2 fences about 6ft apart (double security) so that you could view them from afar. They really didn't want people anywhere near the 5 chickens and 2 goats. The maze was constructed out of hooped coverings (loose plastic) that you would use to keep elements off of crops. It was...

The apple cider donuts are made there...absolutely delicious! They even accommodated my request for half sugar and half without in a single one dozen order. I had to order special and wait in line again but the line went fast. I would suggest half/half be an option when you order instead of having to get back in line but staff were friendly and helpful about it. Fast service. Cute little pumpkin patch great for kids. Honey from their own hives. Other delcious treats offered as well...including HOT apple cider. Recommend this farm as this is a cute and basic local place to get in some of...

If you are looking to start a tradition or just a first time visit to select a christmas tree. The prices are competitive. They offer a selection of cut trees. There is also an area for you to cut your own. You can purchase food as well. There are carts available at no charge to move your tree. Once you have paid for your tree (the same line where food is paid for), there is a line to have the tree wrapped to take home. They also have spaces reserved for your tree to be loaded on your car. The associates are friendly and happy to assist. This is a great place to create a good memory. Mask are required.

My family and I go to Pakeen Farms annually for our Christmas Tree and wreath. They have a great selection of trees that are precut. They also have cut your own trees- but you need to go early in the season. They have plenty of friendly staff to help you select your tree, wrap it up, and secure it to your car. And we never leave without some hot apple cider and their delicious mini apple cider donuts! They are usually mobbed on weekends. This year, we went on a weekday and enjoyed everything about the farm with no crowds!

Great experience at Pakeen today! It was the perfect speed for a younger toddler (my kiddo is 18 mo) with the pumpkin patch, fresh donuts, cow train, and animals. Parking was easy, staff were awesome, and it was very baby/kid friendly. We didn’t even need a stroller! We got there around 11:30am on a Sunday, and left around 1pm for nap. It was the perfect amount of time, and only 10 minutes away from Hyde Park in Boston. Apple picking in an orchard seemed like way too much for this age, and Pakeen did not disappoint!
