Clark Farm — Attraction in Carlisle

We go to Clark Farm every Saturday for their weekly CSA. Their produce is amazing, fresh, and organic. It is an amazing deal and you get a ton of food for the price you pay. There is nothing better than fresh food from a local farm. Last week there were blueberries available to pick. They were amazing!

The fresh picked spices are also superb. I made pesto from the basil they had and it was a great consistency and flavor. The offerings change throughout the season so that you can change up the recipes.

I visited Clark Farm on a sunny Saturday morning and I was impressed by the variety and quality of their organic produce. The farm stand was well-stocked with fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, and honey. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed walking around the farm and seeing the chickens and sheep. We have been members here of the summer C.S.A. since they started. We have had to learn how to cook some vegetables we wouldn't otherwise buy. Today's one was malabar spinach!
