I recently had the pleasure of working with Noam, and I cannot recommend him enough! I went in to upgrade my wedding band and engagement ring, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Noam was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through every step of the process. He was thoughtful in understanding exactly what I wanted while being mindful of my budget. He met with me numerous times to discuss design, individual diamond sizes, etc.

What truly stood out to me was his commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied. His communication was thorough, keeping me updated on the progress, and he was even open to redesigning the ring after it was finished to ensure it was 100% what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to delivering exactly what the customer envisions.

I had the great opportunity to meet and work with Noam on designing an anniversary/engagement ring. From start to finish, the experience was lovely. When I arrived for the first time at his store, I was not sure what I wanted. Noam went through various styles with me, explained options, pros and cons, timeless styles vs trendy styles. I never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision. I visited several times and each time we would pick up where we left off and continue discussing and trying things out. Ultimately, I choose to go with a custom design once I knew what shape and layout I was looking for. Still unsure on sizing for the stones, he drew out options so I could visually see what it would look like all together. I had visited a few other stores where there was high sales pressure and a push to make a quick decision. I appreciated so much that Noam was the very opposite. The Redmond Diamond Center was the very first jewelry store we visited when we started looking for a ring and I'm so thankful we started here because I can't imagine a better experience! The owners Noam & Dee are so friendly and personable, you can't help but feeling at ease. We knew basically nothing about jewelry when we first came in, but Noam broke everything down and walked us through everything there is to know about engagement rings and diamonds.

When COVID-19 hit and shut businesses down, Noam went above and beyond to continue to work with me remotely. He answered all of my countless questions and provided his honest expertise and guidance even when I was evaluating diamonds from another jeweler.
