I would give 0 stars for the worst dining experience I have ever had. They were extra busy on a Friday night and had posted, as well as told us, it would take one hour to get our food. We said fine and in my group we had three separate orders and went to get a drink at the bar. After one hour one person got their mozzarella sticks, cold, and one of which had no cheese inside. About 40 min later (1hr40m after ordering) the person in my group who ordered last got their pizza. The other two of us assumed ours must be coming soon since we ordered before some we went to wait inside. After about 20 more minutes we were finally able to ask someone where our pizzas were in the line, and they said they were "on the top rack". This was the answer we would get several more times. At this point even other people started asking us how long we had been there. At this point we asked to speak to a manager and were told she was gone (before 9p on a Friday). Over 2.5 hr after ordering, my friends pizza was called and it was wrong. They went to remake it. The manager Peeta/Pita (sp?) appeared, I guess she hadn't left, and when one of us brought up that we had been waiting over 2.5 hrs she didn't care and when I asked about getting my pizza and a refund she said I could pick one. She did get my info to go look at when the pizza would be out. When she came back she was suddenly nice and apologetic after finding my time stamped receipt showing the 3 hr wait and telling me my pizza had never been made. I said I wanted the refund, gave her my card and asked my friend who was also still waiting (the one who's pizza was wrong & had ordered 1st) if she also wanted a refund the manager snapped at us saying one at a time. Before the second refund could be processed they brought out the remade pizza. Wouldn't you know, when we went to eat it, the dough was raw. We took it back, showed it to the manager and said we'd take the refund. She was kind at this point, repeatedly saying "sorry honey." Over this entire 3 hours we had not raised our voices or been pushy to anyone. We didn't even ask for a refund for the one drink we each had. We went outside to get out things & figure out where we could get food after 9:30p, the manager came out and said sorry again, and then sarcastically thanked us for calling her a derogatory term (she used the term in the middle of the outdoor seating area). We stopped in our tracks and asked her what she said and she repeated it & went inside. We were shocked & upset & followed her inside to try & question her and she refused to talk to us & the other staff would not give us any contact information for someone else in the company. I work in a customer service industry & I can hardly believe what we...
Read moreThis place is nothing short of a culinary utopia paired with a spirited, cheerful ambiance, offering a fabulous mix of delectable pizza and succulent wings, probably the best ones in town! It’s a great family spot, loud and lively, with game machines that the kids absolutely love, providing a wholesome experience for the entire family. The long picnic benches add a unique and communal touch, fostering a sense of unity and shared enjoyment, even amidst a bustling crowd.
The food here is exceptional, with an extensive selection of beers and the option to create your own pizza, appealing to a range of palates. I've indulged in the meat lover pizza and was blown away by the harmony of flavors. And oh, the pizza port all meat pizza is a must-try! It's no wonder the location is a popular choice amongst locals and visitors alike, making every dine-in experience memorable.
The atmosphere is wonderfully buoyant, but for those who prefer a less loud environment, the outdoor seating is a peaceful alternative, offering a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The on-site brewery is a cherry on top, enhancing the dining experience with fresh, quality beers.
The service here is commendable. The staff, especially at the bar, are attentive, friendly, and personable, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Prices are reasonable, aligning well with the quality and portion sizes, with meals ranging between $10–$30 per person.
Parking is a breeze, with plenty of free spots available, making it convenient for anyone driving in. Cleanliness and prompt table-clearing during busy times could see some improvement, but it’s a small trade-off for the amazing food and ambiance this place offers.
Be aware that it can get busy, so a little patience might be required, especially when ordering food and drinks. The announcements for ready orders could be clearer, but the overall experience makes up for these minor inconveniences.
A word of caution, do watch your step on the stairs. Safety first! And for the arcade enthusiasts, the place features a variety of games, although the sensor system on the gunning game could use a fix.
In conclusion, whether you are looking to spend some quality time with family, hang out with friends, or just enjoy a good meal and a beer, this place checks all the boxes, offering a delightful experience for all ages. High recommendation for anyone looking for a combination of taste, fun,...
Read moreI went to watch the chargers vs raiders game snf game and to start out I noticed the only tv playing it was upstairs which was no problem. Ordered some beers and pizza and was having a great time. Once it got closer to closing time (which is 9pm) we were instructed to come downstairs because the upstairs area closes 15 min before. No problem we head downstairs and luckily the game was on some TVs downstairs at this time. As I go to close my tab the bartender asks if I would like to order another beer. He informed me they would be serving till 10 while they cleaned up and it wouldn’t be a problem to order even though it was already 9. I thought that was sweet so I ordered another beer and continued watching the game as it was in overtime. As I’m sitting there watching the game with my full beer pint an announcement gets made that they will only be open until 9:15pm now which was different then I was told when I ordered the beer. Fast forward to 9:15 and the game is on literally it’s last second of overtime, an announcement is made that they are now closed and that the TVs will be turned off but we are welcome to finish our beers while they clean. After the announcement is made I plead with the employee that the game is literally on its last second and if we can just please watch the field goal. This employee never makes eye contact and rushes to both TVs and turns them off while the kick was being made!!! We never got to see if the kick went in or not! There was a family that was upset on the tables and a bunch of upset people at the bar but luckily nobody made a big stink and left civilized. But this did change my pleasant first visit to your establishment to a sour one and the way your employee was acting I’m sure she doesn’t care about how the customers feel anyways. Service is crucial to keeping costumers and she is not doing you guys any favors in that department. If your reading this maybe read the room a bit before making impulse decisions, would waiting 10 more seconds before turning off the tv kill you? Those 10 seconds is all it would’ve taken to turn my experience from negative to positive.
