For the last couple of years I have enjoyed coming here. This year I am not sure what has changed. This past Thursday there were big dogs on the 20 lbs and under side while the other side was EMPTY. NO ONE moved a finger when I walked in with my 10lbs and under dogs. Not even to have the common courtesy as others have done in the past and it just being ONE big dog to ask if I felt comfortable with that ONE big dog being there. Instead I left as all I got was blank stares.... "Yes we are here and what are you going to do about it".

Today I go and a tan French Bulldog named Lola attacked one of my dogs twice! First time was right at the entrance I had to take the dog off of my dog because the owner didn't even flinch. The second time was right next to the owner and again he did not flinch, until I yelled across the park. Seriously? Half of the people that go there don't even bother to buy a pass, I DO!

Just as the county expects well behaved vaccinated dogs. I expect the county to check a lot more frequently on who had taken the time to buy a dog pass and just to keep an eye on how people LOVE to follow rules. Yes that was sarcasm.

I suggest taller fences and key or key fob to open the gates for those of us who do pay, follow the rules, and are conscious of the...

Will not be returning to this dog park because the horribly irresponsible owners who let their big dogs come into the small dog area. This time my 10 pound dog was viciously attacked by a boxer named Bella. The horrible owner didn't help get her dog off mine at all. Then I asked her to leave and she wouldn't. She couldn't get her aggressive dog under control and never got a leash on it as it barked ferociously while I was trying to get my dogs to safety. These type of irresponsible dog owners should not come to the park and let their dogs attack smaller dogs. Bella the boxer had my dog pinned down and a huge mass of his hair in her mouth when I finally separated them. I have reported her to the Carol Stream police and DuPage Animal Control so it's documented, and when her dog attacks another dog there is already a record.

So beware of a vicious boxer named Bella and her completely irresponsible owner, an older lady that's incapable of controlling her dog. This woman should be ashamed of herself and keep that vicious dog out of the park! Luckily the vet said my Louis is not severely injured,...

Our pup loves to play here! Overall great vibes at this dog park.

Our boy goes to the larger dog section, but there is another section for smaller dogs as well. There is a lot of nice open space for the dogs to play as well as some agility course items like a seesaw, pole jump and a tire. Some benches are also scattered throughout the parks for dog parents to sit. There are also doggy waste bags available at the park entrances which is really convenient. Parking is available on either side of the park and there are some porta-potties available to use if you need a restroom.

There are usually lots of dogs to play with and the dogs and their owners have been generally very nice. It’s a ton of fun to let our pup play here and make new...
