There’s a nice waterfall (Gibbs Falls) that requires a short hike (about 1.25mi round trip for the falls only). The trail is fairly easy-going. There are steep sections near the falls, especially the final stretch to get down to the fall (not quite a scramble but close, requires careful footing in slippery conditions). For those that are comfortable with scrambles, this will be easy.

The waterfall itself is lovely and has a few angles that make it look like it’s a completely different fall! It’s nice to sit at the flat area at the bottom and just soak...

Plenty of spots but fills up fast on a weekend with nice weather. Toilets but no running water or sanitizer.

Day use fee of $5. Can pay cash via self-serve kiosk with envelope/windshield tag, or can pay via website registration if you don't have exact change.

Awesome hike. Labelled moderate but it is a pretty challenging hike given all the rocks and roots. Focused foot placement as you leap from rock to rock. Take your trekking poles!
